Biscuits were amazing! Had the buttter lettuce salad which had a nice lite dressing but only complaint is it was too much dressing that the salad was a bit drenched. The rest of my party enjoyed their meals. Vibe was a bit odd- it’s a bit retro but the layout makes it seem like it may have been a diner at one point? Staff friendly overall good experience! My girlfriend wanted to come here for our 5 year anniversary, Jake was very helpful with making reservations. The staff was so generous and kind when we had checked in. It may sound cheesy, but when the staff would tell us happy anniversary, it really made a difference, my girlfriend would get so happy, I loved seeing her get all excited about it. We ordered two pasta dishes and a trio smashburger, all three were absolutely delicious! We had also gotten two coming up with roses drinks, which were made very well and very tasty! The night ended with a sweet dessert which was a purple sweet potato cheesecake thing, not sure what exactly what it was, but it was definitely something we have never experienced, it was literally so delicious!!! Thank you so much to the TRIO staff for making our night delightful! We will definitely be back! everything was 10/10! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
