This place has made me very angry! I requested 2 cakes to be made over a week ago for my daughter’s first bday party today. I get there and they said they didn’t make them bc their system is down. Does no one have a phone?! Could no one tell me this prior to today so I could make other arrangements?! Idk how this place is considered a business. They screw their customers over! ZERO STARS in my books! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It was my second time picking up donuts here. The first time they were pretty good, but unfortunately today only 1 out of 6 donuts was fresh. The fresh oreo filled donut was tasty, but the others were all very dry and unappealing. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I thought long and hard before writing this review. The young lady was so kind and helpful that I feel bad for her. This past Sunday I had a sweet tooth I couldn’t shake. I bought 2 chocolate eclairs and a cheese cake. The young lady took care of boxing it up. Got home, opened the eclairs, took a bite and spat it out. Dry, hard, custard lumpy and I was disgusted. The second one was sent right to the trash. I was afraid to try the cheese cake but I did. It was ok, not good just ok. I was at least able to eat some. For $30 plus dollars spent was not worth it at all. The 3 rating is mostly due to the kind service. Service Take out Price per person $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
I WOULD NEVER ENTER THIS BUSINESS! Shawn Touhill was the owner of Traub's Bakery, now Keystone bakery, and had not been paying his employees regularly. When he finally paid two weeks later, the funds were reversed for those with direct deposit. The "manager didn't know" and only found out when an employee called to find out why. I guess Shawn had said, "Big changes ate coming." THAT WAS TRUE, BUT NOT THE WAY HE THOUGHT! TouAss you should have taken care of business then instead of having to sell it months later. You owed one employee two weeks of back wages, not four because her bank returned the funds you recalled. Idiot! Weren't you embarassed when the employee's spouse told you if you don't pay your employees, they can't afford to come to work. LOL Were you scared after hearing the employee's spouse had contacted the IRS and PA Division if Revenue about the W2 and unpaid taxes. BET YOU ARE NOW! I don't think employees can get W-2s if a business takes taxes out of their employees' checks and doesn't pay them to the Division of Revenue and IRS. Isn't that tax fraud or evasion? Oh, and I am guessing when the IRS or Division of Revenue shuts down a business for tax evasion, an owner can just sell the business to a "friend" and continue to run it. YOU ARE PATHETIC and YOUR CAKES WERE NOT HOMEMADE! YOU BOUGHT THE CAKE MIXES!
