Welcome to Tipsy Beans Cafe where the scene is a modern coffee house with a brunch flare. When I arrived all the tables are full but not a long wait so that was refreshing. I was definitely eager to try the variety of lattes on the menu. I decided to try the mud turtle latte and my friend had the French toast latte and I wish I had that one even though my latte was good as well. Finally the entrées arrived. We ordered the shrimp and grits and the chicken and red velvet waffle. The shrimp and grits were very flavorful with a dark gravy to garnish. The chicken was crispy and juicy whereas the red velvet waffle was definitely the star of this dish. Very good, reasonably priced and definitely will make a follow up trip to try other menu items. Arrived here for the first time with my family (3 of us) at 12:35 pm. We were told it would be a 25-30 min wait. We waited about an hour outside in the cold on a rainy day before we finally decided to leave, after seeing other parties that arrived after us be called before us. The host didn't reach out to me until 1:45 pm asking if we're still waiting for a table. After explained this to her, her response was "sorry for the wait, we hope to see you again". No thank you! Service: 1
