We found Third Wave Cafe & Wine Bar on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive Ins and Dives show and we are impressed! The food, the service and the atmosphere is excellent. We started with the Bagna Cauda which is a delicious French baguette served with warm olive oil garlic Confit, aged balsamic vinegar, fresh herbs, Parmigiano Reggiano, fire roasted veggies and anchovies. For our meals, we shared the Creste de Gallo which was a delicious fresh made pasta, broken scallops, Florida rock shrimp, semolina pasta, mushrooms, artichokes, cherry tomatoes, capers, tossed in scampi butter & pecorino. We also shared a Burrantina pizza, hand-crafted Burrata, house mozzarella, Parmigiano Reggiano, Peruvian pepper relish, baby arugula, charred artichoke, basil pesto, tomato, tomato sauce, balsamic glaze EVOO. The food was delicious and we took leftovers home for lunch! Definitely recommend this place if you're in New Smyrna Beach! From AM Coffee to dinner Excellent service, food and vibe. The coffee is best I have had in Florida made perfect. The menu is small however everything is tempting. They take their time preparing your cocktail. We really enjoyed the place while on vacation. Note no reservations and it's really not a bad thing you just have to plan ahead. They have a rooster that hangs out Tom Ford is his name he is a cool addition to the atmosphere. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Been here a number of times but never left a review. It is FANTASTIC. From the ambiance to the bar staff to the menu selections, just wow. We had the Honey Baby neopolitan style pizza and the new Mediterranean feta bake. Those 2 items were more than enough for us to be full from AND take some leftovers. A truly amazing experience. I couldn’t recommend this place more. We ordered the frittata, crepe, pancakes and the southern hash. They were all delicious. The service was excellent. Our waiter Jass was super patient and helpful. We sat outside in their gorgeous garden area and the weather was perfect. This will definitely become my go to restaurant in new smyrna. First time here. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. It was a cool night so they had a fire going. Beautiful! I had the farm girl pizza with Spanish Serrano ham arugula and a fried egg on top. It was way yummy. Their teas are amazing! So fresh and natural with agave sweetener if needed. I highly recommend.
