Ordered two bratwurst at 7pm on a Saturday night. Server then told us they didn’t have any buns or lettuce wraps. Server apologized and was nice but no discount/ extra consideration was taken. What the hell happened guys? This place used to be great. Seemed like the front of house was totally unoccupied by staff for more than half of our time in the bar, food was severely delayed, parts of order forgotten entirely. Server was polite and courteous... But doesn't make up for missed tots :( Loaded tots were good, food tasted great but, like... Where were the tots? I guess they’re living up to their puns (this was the worst experience). We were the only table in the bar (two carry out orders were also picked up while we were there), we out numbered the employees, drinks were not kept full, food took forever to arrive, they forgot my tots twice (and the sweet potato tots were the only reason I came here to start with). It was beyond disappointing. Food was fine when we finally got it, but not worth the hassle. I used to really like this place, but the menu got smaller and less exciting, the actual bar is smaller and feels a bit claustrophobic now, and the service is severely lacking now. I love this bar. Yet, the atmosphere gets one star because they cancelled the 10-12 happy hour. That was my time. Now, I cannot enjoy and want to participate in nights at Wurst. 4-6 is an unacceptable time. I work a 9-5. Wurst, please think about what your doing. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

We came here on a Saturday afternoon and sat on the back patio outside. Service was slow despite the bar being pretty empty but they were super nice and the food was phenomenal. I got the Italian wurst with sauer kraut and it was the best bratwurst I've ever had. Also got the poutine tots which were 9/10. They were missing something - salt or MSG or just a little something I can't place but they were SO good otherwise! Will definitely come back!
