I had an amazing experience here. I had been put on a waiting list for the grill. Decided to walk around and found this jem hidden away. Thank you to the amazing bartender. Your service was amazing as well as the drinks and food!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Order mixed up and server insisted it was correct. Cook corrected error. Manager kept looking down on my appearance. Don't judge a book by it's cover, he should have looked in the mirror before he left.... Zero tip all together.

Went for a nice dinner with my family for the night expected to have a good time. On another note it, was not a Good time. Order was not correct and service was not good. My kids did not get their drinks and we did not receive our hot wings which we still were charged for. Paid the bill in full did not get our hot wings. Server seemed upset with the $20 tip after we waited 1 hour for our meal. Will not be returning.

4/30/23 Waited 50 minutes while every worker looked at me and kept walking by. Asked the male bartender for help and he just said ask somone else. Two other people were having the same issue of not getting service at all. Finally after one hour and multiple complaints from multiple people I was asked what i want and ordered my 1 beer. Every time I go here it's an awful experience.

I have had some very disturbing 😐 experiences at the bar where we have to sit and have our meals. This past weekend was the worst. I had never had so much attitude 😒 and rude behavior from the employees. Even the other customers noticed how they were acting toward us. I tried to get a hold of a manager, but had no luck. I have attached a picture of the plate I was served. Looked like it had been sitting out under the heating lights, for a long time. I asked the person waiting on us to please take it back, not even a pig would eat it! Maria, returned with the beans replaced on the same plate and left the dried chile. I told her, and she responded with, what do you want me to do? If I wanted something else? I said no, I want what I ordered done right. It was a horrible experience, and they would not call a manager for me. Thank you for your time and attention. Dolores Carrion
