The food is great! My problem is that most of the food is overpriced! That and the staff will either glare at me or talk behind the counter or in the back while I’m there. 🙄 I ignore them most of the time and go about my business, but sometimes I do feel like saying something. I do think apart of the problem is that there is not a lot of diversity that runs through this cafe. 😬🤷🏽 Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This bagel shop has good bagels however every single time I’ve came in to order the same bagel sandwich, they forget to include one main item that comes with the bagel sandwich. I’ve been a regular here and this has happened 5 times now. The item that’s missed in the sandwich is explicitly included in the name of the sandwich so I don’t understand how they can miss it this many times. After the fifth time of the same mistake, I called in to explain the situation to a gentleman and asked if they could just make me the same order the next time I come in with no charge and he agreed. The following day that I come in, I explained to the lady with the mask at the cashier and told her who I spoke with over the phone, but ultimately she didn’t honor this agreement that we had just made yesterday and only gave me a small discount that doesn’t equate to the $ amount of the frequent missing items in my sandwiches. Understandably this location can be quite busy given the location, however it’s the principle of delivering what was said when they made this same mistake multiple times. In my experience, the initial visit to my most recent visit has drastically changed overtime based on their customer service approach and poor attitude I’ve picked up from all my visits here. The irony of it all is that as I’m writing this review, I opened up my bagel sandwich and they forgot one main item on my bagel sandwich AGAIN. Very disappointing experience overall. I have been to two other Posh Bagel locations within the Bay Area and this one is by far the best one. The quality of the bagels is amazing and the posh popper is my favorite! If you're going on a weekend I suggest going early because they get super busy, but for good reason.
