Had the best night of my life here 3 years ago and have been coming back ever since! Underrated for sure, easily the best bar in Peoria. Literally any night of the week the Bison is always the move, ESPECIALLY if you’re lucky enough to have Rain as your bartender! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Bison has become my favorite bar to frequent and Joey has been my favorite bar tender because he pays attention to all of his customers..He is the fastest drink pourer and has my drink is on the bar before I even sit down. 5 stars+!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
