The food is excellent, with steak served perfectly rare. There is a small outdoor space that is well utilized. The staff are friendly and the food is good and reasonably priced. The drinks selection is varied, with real ales and cocktails on offer. The atmosphere is lively, especially when it gets busy. Unfortunately, the pub could do with some refurbishment and deep cleaning as the dirt and grime build up was quite noticeable.
