This place is absolutely amazing. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, the atmosphere here is fantastic, and the food was amazing! I had the Double Bogey burger and it was everything I hoped it was. I hope they keep it on the menu so I can have it again when I come back around. Fair pricing. Good music and really good food. The popcorn chicken is bomb. It's not like the normal frozen popcorn chicken. It's actually chicken thighs in a light crispy batter. The burgers are super good and of course the cheesecurds. The staff were super friendly and easy going. Great food, I had the Italian beef, wife had the sliders, Allen knows how to make good food, and it shows with the flavor combinations. I will be going back and recommending. First time coming to The Dive after seeing many post about them on Facebook. I'm glad I did because the food was delicious! I got their signature Dive Burger that comes with pickles, their in house roasted garlic aioli, cheese, and lettuce. All of that combined with the perfectly cooked patty and house made ketchup really helped my burger fix! If you decide to get anything that requires ketchup I highly recommend that you order extra, it's just that good! For an appetizer we got the beer battered mushrooms that were perfectly crunchy and also very tasty. My wife and I will definitely be back to try their pork belly tacos next time! Great little neighborhood spot. FYI, it has a different name on the outside of the building (Picklebarrel). That super confused us. Once you walk into the shopping complex it has The Dive on the restaurant though. It's an order from the counter & take a seat kinda place. They are very accommodating with changing the burger/sandwich toppings. The desk person/bartender was very helpful in giving advice on their beer selection as well. I had the green chili burger & an ale. Both were really good. Their fries were super crispy & I think they had salt & pepper on them. Also very good. One of our group had a chicken sandwich & said it may have been the best she'd ever had! Definitely worth a stop. Hate to tell everyone how good this is as I know it will only get busier! The Dive Burger was awesome, the homemade French fries are best in Sioux Falls and let's not forget the homemade ketchup! A very cozy place. A nice selection of beers to choose from. Their food menu is incredible. Everything is homemade (even the ketchup!) & a lot of thought goes into their menu. Everyone is super friendly & the service is attentive & fast. It's a hidden treasure! The gal taking orders was VERY helpful in helping me find gluten sensitive options which is a big plus for me because that is not always the case in eating out which can make for an uncomfortable experience. Among other recommendations, she said you can turn any sandwich into a salad, so I got the turkey cranberry goat cheese, turned into a salad and got their hummus (she checked on the crackers, and the sandwich meat for me) and both were very good! I definitely will be back to try other things on the menu that looked good as well! Service Take out

Like the name, this is definitely a dive bar experience..just know that before you plan your trip. There isn't a sign on the door that you are at the right place, if you want to go straight to ordering go in the back door. Essentially drinks are served via the Gas Light bar with a small kitchen (The Dive) in the back. I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and it was juicy and delicious. The Nashville hot sauce was perfect. The sandwich included fries which were fresh and hand cut. My wife tried the all American burger and a side of the cheese curds. We got the chicken tenders, onion rings, and bacon cheeseburger. The tenders were over fried, but otherwise pretty good. The onion rings were huge, almost too huge, very greasy taste. Burger was ok, the bun was mushy, the bbq sauce was way too hot for our taste. The onions were cooked right in with the meat, and were done nicely.
