This place was great. Came here because the Glendale location was busy. I made a reservation online and when I got there early I was able to check in. The service was great. Our server was attentive and got our food out quick. Only downfall is the parlors. I would recommend parking in the parking garage across the street from the factory. It was very cheap. The quality of food wasn't very good. Had the Thai chicken wraps were good but the amount served were smaller portions even though we ordered the larger plate. Also ordered the chicken tortilla soup. Had to return it as it was too darn salty. So in place of the soup, we ordered the chicken pot stickers. They were mushy... ugh, had to return that too. Couldn't believe we had to return two items that weren't good at all. I don't know if they had an off evening or not. We haven't been to the Pasadena location in years but the Arcadia location, we didn't have that problem. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I visited here after a long time, and things have really changed since COVID. Prices are ridiculously higher now, and I ate the one entrée I thought would be safe, hard to mess up. I was wrong. The orange chicken recipe was different, not as sweet as it was on previous visits, and it left a terrible aftertaste. The Tex-Mex rolls, my favorite appetizer, have also changed; the filling is different and not as good. I like the place, but I don't see myself going back as frequently as before." If you're a fan of The Big Bang Theory, then you'll feel right at home at the Cheesecake Factory in Pasadena. Just like Penny, you'll be serving up some serious attitude with your delicious cheesecake. But don't worry, the waitstaff won't judge you for your questionable life choices or your lack of scientific knowledge. They'll just keep refilling your water glass and bringing you more cheesecake until you're in a food coma. And speaking of cheesecake, it's so good that it's almost worth sacrificing your spot on the couch to go out and get it.
