From the moment we entered the door, we should have turned around and run. At first we waited to be noticed, then were told the wait is 20-30 minutes even though there were many empty tables. We finally sat in the bar where we had to beg for menus. At long last, a server came to take our order. We ordered a salad and Bang Bang chicken and shrimp. The salad came out as it should except for silverware, napkins, etc. Again, we pleaded for these items as well. (I did ask for an iced tea which showed up pretty fast, although sweetener was another story.) When the food came out there were approximately 10 leaves of lettuce and 1 or 2 pieces of other vegetables. The main course was about the same 5 small pieces of chicken and 4 shrimp. There was the usual scoop of rice and plenty sauce, though. We did talk to someone who claimed to be a manager. She said all she can do is give us a piece of cake. She did ask us which one and gave us something entirely different. I did call and talk to another manager, who was horrified at the story of our experience. She said that she wanted us to come back, so she sent us a gift card, which was very nice. The food at other Cheesecake Factory locations is usually well prepared and large enough to share. The staff is always very attentive. Customer service in this location means ignoring all who enter. We will try this location again, I can only hope our experience will be better. My wife and I went out for dinner and everything was good, ordered our apps and entree and came out in a timely manner. The problem began when we had finished eating and our waiter came to the table said they will get us a box, handed us the cheesecake menu and said he will be back to take our dessert order. He then proceeded to ignore our table for 25-30 minutes, visiting all other tables around us. Eventually I got up to ask the hostess for a box for the leftovers (who was extremely helpful). Sat back down for another 5 minutes and still no server with the check or even to ask for our dessert order. We got up and paid our check at the front desk with what I believe to be the manager. No asking about why I had decided to come to the front to pay the check no nothing. As we are walking out the waiter comes rushing out of the restaurant holding our check and repeatedly asking for us to pay for our meal. I told him that we already took care of it at the front and he looks at the receipt and notices that we had paid and returns to the restaurant. That was one of the most rude and disrespectful experiences I have had while dining out. I returned to the lobby and confronted the manager and the server about how disrespectful that was. Let the server know that he did not check in on our table for 30 minutes and I resorted to settling the bill at the front. The manager then proceeds to apologize stating it is his fault but how do you let the server run after us past you with the paid bill in their hand and not tell them that we had settled it. Very disappointed with how the night turned out and the handling of the situation by the manager and server it was extremely disrespectful and embarrassing. The food was better than average but not super outstanding. Shrimp scampi had humongous shrimp and good angel hair pasta. Order took 20 minutes but worth it. Environment was very pleasing and T.Vs for sports. Waiters had fast service. My family and I got there at 5pm and did not leave until 730pm. The server started out great and then they switched so one can go on break. The second server was not very good and she did not come to our table, but 2 times. The food was exceptional, but the service just wasn't there.
