We had dinner here for an early Valentine's meal to beat the crowds. I got the combo chicken and Diane steak. Tasted great but for the price the potion was a little on the small side. Awesome waitress and staff super friendly. Of course we ordered cheesecake to go and it was awesome. I usually like the Cheesecake Factory but today was disappointing. We came in asking for a table for 2, specifically a booth. 20 min later we’re seated at a table. My boyfriend spoke up and they took us to a booth. We were seated and got drinks fairly quickly but waited a good 25-30min for bread. Then we waited for our order to come out. It was a good 35-40min wait. I wanted the Almond Chicken sandwich with creamy soup and salad. We were already annoyed at the waiting time for our food and they end up bringing my plates and apologize to me saying they ran out of the creamy soup and just brought me tortilla soup. Mind you, I ordered this specifically because I wanted to try the creamy one. They didn’t ask if the tortilla soup was okay, they just put it on my table.So not only did we wait a good 40min for bread and food but I didn’t even get to try what I wanted. They could’ve told me at the time I was ordering that it wasn’t available… thankfully I wasn’t that hungry cause if I was I would’ve been hangry and asked for a refund. My food wasn’t even that good it was probably the worst thing I’ve ordered there. I enjoyed the bread and butter more. Ordered this for delivery on a Saturday at lunchtime. Kids French toast with bacon and No Syrup, no fruit and no powdered sugar, just plain bread and 2 slices of bacon :(. Tiramisu I asked for no whipped cream (lactose intolerant), the BBQ chicken salad looks good, the Chicken Littles dish is huge, and the Chicken Madeira and Steak Diane combo is delicious. We chose to purchase our Christmas Eve dessert from Cheesecake Factory (Godiva) specifically because it looked so decadent and perfect to go on the Christmas table - but no, a cheesecake from a grocery store would have looked better. Our house is 15 mins away and i was holding on to it the entire time trying to make sure it would be handled with care. I saw the person behind the counter open and check inside so I never thought to ask to see it myself. She definitely would have seen it looking like this and decided it was fine.
