Obsessed with their coffee drinks, and the food has also been incredible! So excited that they have NA drink options that are actually thoughtful and creative, as someone who chooses not to drink alcohol. Love the atmosphere and the vibes. 10/10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Amazing & low key spot we are so lucky to have added in Brunswick. Fantastic tapas, full meal options, welcoming to adults, kids, anyone, bar seating, or just cozy cocktails and coffee. Also, just when you think Maine oysters can’t be improved on, you have to see their Disco Oysters ;) and as a reformed southerner I can whole heartedly vouch for the doubled eggs! I really enjoyed my visit to The Abbey. It was my first time and I liked the vibe. My friend and I ordered a breakfast sandwich that consisted of an egg, prosciutto, and a garlic aoli on an English muffin type bread that had a touch of sweetness to it. It was absolutely delicious! There is a full bar and a small menu with unique items on it. It's a great spot to catch up with friends or bring your laptop and get some work done. Cute little addition to Brunswick! The coffee is really good. I have yet to try the breakfast foods but they looked really good! A little pricy, though but I still recommend stopping by. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What a great addition to downtown Brunswick. Quality food, coffee, and cocktails. The staff is very friendly and personable. Highly recommend the breakfast sandwich and chai for breakfast. We were regulars at Little Dog and finally decided to see what the Abbey could offer as a morning coffee stop. The Abbey is primarily a cocktail bar and I can't imagine it truly replacing Little Dog, but they do offer coffee and chai in the morning. The atmosphere is nice and still fairly community-oriented; the community bulletin board is gone, but there are plant cuttings available for visitors to take home and the vibe is friendly. The chai latte is just okay, and there isn't a lot of variety in terms of hot drinks. They do have oat milk and some syrups that can be added for sweetness and flavor, but these aren't displayed on the menu. The chai comes unsweetened without syrup and we found it to be quite weak. I hope the tea and coffee menu expands over time and that the drinks improve, because I can see this space being a nice place to sit in the mornings.
