At this bar, visitors can have nicely cooked ribs, salmon and prawns. You will hardly forget good whiskey that you can degust. Based on the reviewers' opinions, waiters serve good ice tea, lemonade or coffee. TGI Fridays is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Many guests point out that the dishes are offered for low prices. From the guests' point of view, the atmosphere is homey. But this place hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

Horrible horrible place do not come here. Rude staff nasty food and horrible service please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. The bartender made my drink left it on the counter for over 10 mins he then sprayed down the counter with my drink still on it! I go over to the bar and asked could he remake it he then yelled I just made this I said I been watching that drink since you sat it down 10 min ago so I asked for a take out container because we didn’t see our server for at least 15 mins and was ready to go. He started yelling her name Miya!!! he then threw his hand up to wave me away and said you gotta get that from your server which she was nowhere to be found. The cheese sticks was cold and taste like fake powered cheese. The lettuce was damn near frozen on the salad and my chicken and cheese was burnt to the plate. My husband food was no better the ribs was horrible no seasoning just sauce and his fries look like they was made the day before. Ooh and the bartender opened the bag of cotton candy for my drink and stuck his barehand in it after he cleaned the damn counter with this green spray. Music so loud you can’t hear the person next to you. I have never seen nor been to a restaurant this horrible. For the first time in my life I didn’t leave a tip hell I didn’t even want to pay for the food. This place is a big joke I hope they don’t make nobody sick. We went for my husband's birthday. Staff standing at the door near menus but no one greeted us. So we asked, "Do we just sit anywhere?" There were plenty of empty tables to choose from and 3 staff standing at the door when we came in so it didn't seem too busy. We were told "Just a minute, I'm speaking to him." Then the 3 staff people finished the tense conversation and walked away. We stood there for a few minutes and then asked another staff person about a table. "Just a minute." Then she left. Finally, we got seated upstairs. Our waitress was busy but came over when she could. She was very welcoming and friendly. We gave the entire order, including drinks. After 15 minutes, she brought water. Then, at 30 minutes, without any sign of the BOTTLE of beer, they seated her another 6 top. My husband asked about the beer. "We're busy, it's going to be a minute." Now, I admit, the bar was hopping, people singing with the bartender but some staff were washing bar glasses so why we had to wait a half hour for a BOTTLE of beer, I'm confused. So, after waiting another 5 minutes we left. We didn't even see our waitress so we could tell her we were leaving. We went to another place, Mr. Joe's. Greeted immediately, sat immediately, waitress came and took our drink order immediately even though the place was packed and our table was being cleaned when we walked in. Within 30 minutes of arriving, we had our delicious food and my husband was on his second beer. TGI Friday's Corporate needs to visit incognito and see for themselves. Dined in on a Wednesday night. Short staffed. Long wait for drinks and food however the hostess/ waitress, food runner (1 lady) was friendly and took our order without writing anything down. We Ordered the whiskey glazed Burger combo with loaded mashed potatoes and the whiskey glazed chicken with mac and cheese. Can't go wrong with the whiskey glaze. The burger was so good, the chicken was tasty. Tried the truffle tots with aioli liked the variety of appetizers with the sampler. Loaded potato skins and boneless wings are a must. So I do not eat at Fridays. Met my girlfriend there for drinks. Had an amazing time. We sat at the bar. The entire place was singing, vibing with the bartenders. The service was great the long islands were strong but I still can't eat the food. But definitely worth going for a good time, drinks and not expensive. HORRIBLE Customer Service. We waited for 2 HOURS and still no food. The waiter was very unprofessional and rude. The best part of this experience was the singing bartender. This location does not deserve him. Come on TFI Southfield, y'all need to help this location with some training. Send a mystery shopper or something that way you can see what your customers see and you can correct the problems with the staff. As for now, I would NOT RECOMMEND place for eating. Service Dine in

There was no greeter...The manager was in the kitchen and peeked out to see everyone waiting to be seated and refused to come out until a customer walked to the kitchen and asked why were we being seated. She said there were only 2 servers and stayed in back. Waited 30 minutes before I went to the kitchen and asked to be seated...The Manager never seated us or helped the servers with tables.. When the guy from back finally seated us, the table was not cleaned and the waitress asked us who sat us there...The only silver lining was waitress and the food... They're Management is poor and lazy. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
