The steak is too lean. Hard and dry to eat. BBQ sauce on chicken is too rich and sweet. The ribs and appetizer platter is however pretty good Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Steak was sent back because it wasn't cooked correctly. They brought it out eventually and it still wasn't correct but needed something to eat and didn't wanna send back. Bar staff was more interested in watching another staff member dance around the corner than their tables. They weren't attentive. Parking isn't great here. Restrooms are clean. Guy next to ended pitying me into anaphylaxis bc he ordered shrimp and it was brought out when I was turning to leave. Overall horrible experience. Took it to go. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Full of Texas southern hospitality, great customer service, and meat eaters heaven. 😜🤪🥸😎 Vegetarians, avoid this restaurant at all cost!!!! I always love dining at Texas Roadhouse. It is one of the best family restaurants in Texas. The food is truly second to none. You will always expect and receive such great customer service here. Every time my family gets greeting from the restaurant manager. Their sirloin steak is my favorite. They will cook it just right. It seemed jam packed in the parking lot but when we arrived as a couple, there was plenty of seating for us. The singular booths for parties of 2 are so cute and is a fun experience for dates. Our waitress was very nice and everything went smoothly. The bread and butter was delicious as always. The porterhouse was salty and the sides didn't come with a spoon so it was difficult to eat all of with just a fork. Overall, good experience and I'd come back if steak wasn't unhealthy to eat every day. Texas Roadhouse has been a regular for a few years now. This location especially has always been excellent. The service is good even though it's normally busy. I think Texas Roadhouse is a good value. Good quality steaks, consistent preparation, and great service. Oh wow so this is my first bad experience at a Texas Roadhouse and it’s beyond crazy to me how they can send food out looking like this. The server was really nice but it puzzles me how she didn’t try to send out a manager with the issues I had. I guess I was supposed to request one. My steak was supposed to be medium well but was close to burned and my sweet potato was disintegrated. The man and cheese tastes like some powder but I never even mentioned that part to her because nothing was gonna be done and I was already starving being this was my first time eating today.
