My new favorite local spot to study or get some work done. Been here a few times and the orders always come out quickly. My order is a regular iced rose peach green tea with honey instead of sugar, no boba or milk ($4). Simplistic esthetic, spaced out seating, chill music playing, polite staff and clean gender neutral bathroom. Definitely would recommend over the busy chain coffee place across the street. This is my absolute favorite boba place. I've been going in since they first opened during my senior year of high school, and I still go in as often as I can. They have so many drink varieties, and you can mix and match different flavors. It has such a cute, cozy atmosphere, and the staff are all amazing. 10/10 recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
