I’m from Texas but live in Colorado where we don’t have decent Mexican food. I was so happy to find this little food truck. It was hopping with customers and the food was delicious. I had some barbacoa tacos, chicken flautas, and chorizo potato breakfast tacos. Wow. This was so delicious. I’d like to hitch up the food truck and bring it to Colorado. I’m always looking for amazing Mexican food, and I rarely find it. I’ve been to this truck a few times now and I can safely say that everything I’ve had has been top tier eatin’!
