Second time there, nice and cozy place. All as good as Karpatians but be prepared for slow waiters (which is kinda ok for a slow vacation)

It’s a 2 hour drive from Lviv! Surrounded by lush nature and beautiful Carpathian Mountains. The staff are all friendly especially the bellboy “Yohur”. I recommend you stay a few nights to have a great relaxing experience. We rented a full house it was amazing all made of wood. The massage in the spa was great, the mineral water was healthy and the lake was so so beautiful. The place is very friendly for families and children and can be ideal for couples as well. The breakfast was not good and I wished we brought some snacks or items to cook with. We struggled a lot with the language as the place is not really ready to receive non Ukrainian speakers. Everything is in Ukrainian and we have to use the translator 90% of the time. Otherwise, the stay was very beautiful and out of the busy hectic world. Worth visiting

Me and my family liked the hotel a lot. The options for the breakfast were great - everybody could choose what they liked and as much as they liked. For dinner we also went to the local restaurant, and the food was very good as well. The first evening we waited for our dinner for some decent time, and then later we just ordered during the day and indicated the time in the evening when we wanted to have it (some tip for you), and then all was in time.||||Swimming pool and sauna were also nice and not too crowded since people have to sign up for the specific time slot. I would only make a ladder to the swimming pool more stable. Now when you are on it - it is very shaky and it feels it can break any moment.||||It was very convenient to have the spot where you could drink mineral water. I also very much liked the doctor (she said she was new in TAOR), who was very friendly and gave a good advice.||||The whole area of the hotel is also very nice - surrounded by nature, next to the river. The air was fresh and the mountain view from our house was just wonderful.||In general I would recommend this hotel to people who want to relax, enjoy nature, good food and be on your own.||||Speaking about less nice things - yes, the last several kilometres to the hotel are not very nice to drive. The road is in the making, so hopefully later this year the situation will improve.||||The cleaning ladies came to early to my understanding and there was one day that they did not come later, because we were still in the house when they came and we asked them to come later... Maybe it was just some misunderstanding.||||We did not really like the carpet in the house. For people with allergies it is not very nice, plus it gets dirty very easy. It would be much nicer to have some wooden floor that is easy to clean.||||It would be also nice to have more signs in the English language in the hotel area. Maybe the hotel is not targeting foreign tourists yet, but still it would be nice to have the signs - just in case such tourists come.||||At first I really liked the aroma that the reception had, but later, after I sat there for some time - it felt quite intense. It feels like you can get sick from it if you are in that area the whole day... Maybe it is better to put less perfumes there (again - also for people with allergies who come).

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely spa-hotel. Incredibly nice staff, delicious cuisine, good clean rooms, nice area. A wide range of services in spa and pleasant prices (I compare with the prices in Kyiv). Large free aquasone with two swimming pools (for children and adults), jacuzzi, Finnish sauna and Turkish hammam. I hope we'll come back here soon.
