I rarely write reviews, but we stopped by Taiyaki Sweets last week and were not disappointed! Their taiyaki had a crispy outside and soft, chewy inside. My favorite is mozzarella and cheddar taiyaki! I saw the employee made them with Tillamook cheddar and a whole babybel mozz! The cheese pull is amazing 🤩 I also like their taro boba. I asked for 25% sweetness and it was perfect. My husband got 100% and that’s a little bit sweet. The employees were nice and friendly. It’s a cute place that also sell trinkets and demon slayer goods. I visited my daughter from out of town and we went for boba after dinner. I wish we have a taiyaki shop like this near by! I love their crispy batter. I usually don’t care for cheesy stuff but mozzarella and cheddar one is pretty good. I like the Nutella and red bean taiyaki. I got their fruit tea and aloe vera and it’s good too.
