After a long day of work I walked into taco casa to get my usual order of a super burrito and two soft tacos, when I was met with a young high school girl who brightened my day and turned it around a complete 180. Her aura was unbelievable and the food she made for me was amazing, you could tell it was made with love and extremely high quality giving the quality and circumstances of the establishment. I asked for her name before I left and she told me it was Emily, and she makes the absolute greatest taco casa food I’ve ever had, will 100% be back for her food, give her a raise!!! The tacos are much better than your typical fast food restaurant...lots of meat and cheese!! The staff was extremely pleasant and ladies bathroom was very clean (for a restaurant). When we were getting into our cars, there was a employee who was getting out of her car to go to work and she wanted to know if we had had a pleasant experience. Just wow!! Even though she was just coming on shift, she wanted to know how our visit was! I was impressed! Definitely will go again when we're in the area! The place looked like yesterday and yesterday was a really bad day! My burritos appeared to me to possibly belong to what I can only imagine was the previous ten or fifteen guests before me. They forgot my large green salsa and didn't put the extra napkins I asked for.. not only that they didn't even add a single napkin period! 6 burritos and 6 tacos a large Dr Pepper which was the MOST horrible I've EVER eaten by the way cost me an outrageous $34 bucks! Fantastic customer service, I went through the drive-thru today, and they were very busy, and I accidentally drove off without my second bag of food, got all the way home and realized it, went back up there, and they remade it for me fresh! It was maybe fifteen minutes, I definitely would have taken the other bag, but they went above and beyond, as usual!! Thankful for the great staff and great food they're sending out today.
