They no longer have the Fiesta Veggie Burrito on the menu. So they took their Bean and Rice Burrito and added guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, cheese, fiesta strips. Have a few requests with our order, nothing complicated really just no lettuce on Taco's, no bean paste on the burrito . I hate you guys. Yall break my heart every time I have a craving for tacobell. I just wanted my steak quesadilla and beefy 5 layer. But instead I got a rolled tortilla with cheese and nasty meat and a quesadilla with old sauce. I’m depressed now. Thank you. And what the heck is this that was in my burrito ? I ordered Taco Bell 2 nights ago via Uber Eats and not only did they get everything perfectly as we wanted and ordered in the app but not 1 thing was forgotten. Was in the drive through at 7:10 tonight, the drive through girl was absolutely rude and had fairly poor customer service skills as i asked her where the drink was that i had ordered, instead of attempting to make any fix to the order she continued to give me attitude saying that i shouldve stated that i wanted a drink in the intercom and that shed asked me if everything on the screen looked correct. Ill admit i had said yes but expected the drink to be on the order as i had recieved acknowledgement of placing the order for the drink. Honestly hate myself more than I hate this place so take it all with a grain of salt, asked for no sour cream on everything, they assured me they heard me, got sour cream on everything, asked for a bottle of water which they were out of, Ive witnessed screaming matches between employees and I prefer the implications that passion is afoot than the usual borderline zombified apathetic attitude that asks with a facial expression "why are you bothering me, why are you buying food here, don't you know what this food is, go somewhere else", please let someone else, who may also hate their life like you do but will actually care about how their work affects other people, have this job, the build a box should be an option offline in the regular dimension of reality but apparently the insurance premiums would be too much from all the ptsd that these people who don't know what suffering is would feel in their tiny hearts, God bless America Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Love me some taco bell! I'm addicted to the chicken power bowl. So good! Came here with my son that came for a visit from Maryland. He got the Doritos tacos and also got a couple chalupas. Yum. Every time! Every single time I go there they are always so friendly.. it honestly amazes me.. probably the only place in town where the staff is awesome... And that nice.. I've only ever had one problem here.. some times they forget to hold the beans 🫘 we are very much not fans of beans.. last time I ordered they put beans on everything and we of course didn't realize till we got home and sat down.. it was just a huge inconvenience after a long day at work... I swear, you guys dont even care anymore considering a shift manager served me this "grilled cheese burrito." This tacobell has been trash for past 2 months now, done giving this place another chance. Once upon a time, the workers actually cared about presentation. I get it, everyones short staffed. Doesn't give the right to think it's okay to serve someone something you know isn't right countless times. Not even a hit or a miss anymore.
