Drive Thur was busy so we went in to eat. Placed order on the ordering tablet. Waited 40 minutes still nothing. Other customers started to get there money back because we was waiting so long. The GM states he is trying to run the drive thur & short staffed. His first priority should have been the people standing in his face that already paid I know myself plus 4 others asked for the return on our money & left hungry.
