Stood in the lobby for quite a while before anyone took my order. While I was waiting for my order 2 people came in from the drive thru, each had their order missing several items. I checked my bag to make sure all the items were there before I left, but got home only to find the items in the wrappers were not what was ordered. I should have driven over to the KFC - Taco Bell on Civic Center Drive instead. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Horrible service always wrong missing items the pepsi is always out of syrup not even over extradited i order from door dash 3 times a week usually cause its only place open when i get out if work i have yet to get a order right or a pepse i can drink it is pathetically annoying workers never answer thw phone are rude and cannot perform there jobs only reason i go here is like i said just about only thing open late night

It seems like the staff needs a retraining on customer service. I went last night and had to loop around the drive thru three times as they messed up my order all three times. We were kind and sweet about it each time but the girl working the drive thru window ended up catching an attitude with us. It’s not our fault you guys kept messing up. Do better especially because we were nothing but nice to the staff.

The only place open when we had black ice on the roads and really needed to eat before getting home. Thanks guys!

Did a mobile order and they only had curbside as an option to pickup, when we got there the doors were locked like they are trying to deter you. Ordered at 7:13 and didn’t get our food til 8:03 sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes and they still forgot 3 tacos while the rest of the food was cold. this location sucks Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
