I took my kids to eat at Long John Silver's. The fish and hush puppies and fries. I was disappointed with the Mexican pizza. My kids were expecting a bigger size. It was a small tostada filled with ground meat with some kind of sauce. I deleted the photos I am unable to share. Service was good. Very rare I go eat out at a place like this. Tacos are okay not mexican food for sure. Just need a better salsa for the tacos. The fish is just dry and not to my liking. Service and employees are well mannered. I have never had such amazing service at a Taco Bell, any Taco Bell I go to they usually get something wrong or are rude. Today I decided to try again and amazing! The girls who helped me were quick, nice and they were accurate on the order taking. I come home and my food is accurate and I actually have enough sauce for everything. I came today 12/7/2023 at 8:50pm! Do with that information as you must, y’all girls are awesome!! Behold this absurdity. Look at the miniscule portion. It is a disgrace this Taco Bell/Long John Silver hybrid has the cheek to sell food in smaller dimensions just to increase profits. The hush puppy size is an insult in itself. Wasn't long ago that my favorite from this place had normal sized portions at a decent price yet months later I opened the box to witness this travesty. I wished I had checked inside before leaving because if I had I would have returned the "meal". I won't purchase "food" from this establishment in the future. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Twice now I've called them because I realized I placed an online order and forgot to add hot sauce, and they've been so chill about adding sauces to my order. It would be so easy for them to dismiss me because its my fault that I didnt ask for sauces and it's being delivered by a 3rd party, yet they help me ouult anyways. I really appreciate it! Aren’t you guys supposed to cutt and cook your food ?? And where’s the chicken?!? Where’s the sauce that goes on this quesadilla?!! This is what you call Pure laziness. They don’t care what’s being handed out . My entire order was incorrect .lettuce on stuff that wasn’t supposed to be . Sour cream on stuff it wasn’t supposed to be …And please don’t get me started on the cup of CHEESE with the hard potatoes. Absolutely disgusting. My entire order is now in the freaking trash can . Don't know about other locations but this one is BAD. They always get our order wrong and the last time we went was definitely our last. They hardly put any protein in our burritos, they just drench them with cheese sauce. Our chalupas were stale. They did a good job of covering the potatoes with cheese so I didn't notice how bad they were until I got home. Once I was able to see them I was appalled they even served it. We're paying for this. Is it so hard to just serve something you would actually eat to paying customers?

Worse experience ever! They made us order on a computer, waited 15 minutes to do so, then another 5 to pay cash then 20 minutes for our food. This new system of doing things sucks! worst taco bell i’ve been to. Was served these “potatoes” they were so hard, you could use them as rocks. Food was cold, took 35 mins, and all the food was incorrect. I ended up throwing away the rest of the food as it was inedible. The kitchen also reeked of weed. Never coming here again.
