Was served this atrocity and felt cheated out of what was advertised. Only took a two small bites , I've seen my girlfriend order the grilled cheese steak burrito before and just now when I ordered at this location this is not the same item.... This is just a regular burrito they threw barely a slice of cheese on ... And half the size of the real menu item Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

When do I drive to Ordered two five layer Burrito and three Soft Tacos With No sour cream But they gave me just a two regular burrito with sour cream and three soft with sour cream I told no sour cream.... but still they put sour cream.. The food was good but the service and the portion size of the food was horrible. Not enough filling for tacos or burritos. And not enough cheese or fries for cheese fries. Food and service is largely like any other Taco Bell, if a little stingy at times with meat/fillings. Unfortunately, this location doesn't seem to have customer wifi accessible from the parking lot, which means it can be a pain to order through the app if your cell connection is acting up or you're out of mobile data. The screen at the drive thru speaker was not working but the person was kind and helpful. Better experience than most drive thru's even without their whole menu display working- there are still places with great customer service out there. Way to go to this TB location! Service: 5

Most pathetic Crunchwrap Supreme that I've eaten in the last decade. An Impossible Whopper has 100% more beef than this "beef" Crunchwrap Supreme. To be fair, the flavor and freshness was all on point but there was no more than a tablespoon of beef in my Crunchwrap. This is what happens when I break my diet, places like this disappoint me so that I can stick to eating healthy lol If I would have dined in, I would have mentioned it, but it's just such a hassle going back around and not to mention my distrust of complaining to food industry workers is through the roof. See the two pictures that I uploaded. I can probably find more meat in a vegan restaurant than in this Crunchwrap for sure! Don't appreciate the entire order of hard dried up Cinnabon Delights I paid for; Followed up by unanswered calls. Not sure if it was an older batch that they thought would get fixed by the process or what not, but these had the occasional soft spot where the breading had absorbed the frosting and the rest was completely parched. Reply disgusting. My breakfast box had ice cold hash browns, ice cold cheese in my wrap. Just nasty. Like y’all literally only have to warm up food. It’s not even that hard. Not even worth the $5 haha
