My wife and I went there for my 61st birthday dinner. Nice quiet romantic setting and very authentic food. I am full Italian and in my opinion you won't find any better than Sweet Basil Bistro. The meatballs were exquisite and the pasta tastes homemade. The Bolognese is amazing with the spaghetti and meatball. We had a Caesar salad, some wine, and a piece of Tiramisu with whipped cream and a candle to finish off a perfect dining experience. Ryan was awesome. She made sure we had everything we needed and was very pleasant and friendly. I look forward to going back every trip to Big Bear from now on. Best pizz'a joınt in so-cal! Been going here since the late 90's but then moved outta state, but now I'm back baby! Threw me off the change of venue, but I'll survive.
