The pad thai over here is amazing, it is the original recipe and it uses tamarind sauce instead of fish sauce, and has a healthy serving of crushed peanuts on top.
The panang curry was very disappointing, it was too watery, didn't have much taste or flavor and wasn't very appetizing.
The prices are also sort of high for the kind of food and quantity that is served, so that is another point against the place.

My boyfriend and I, happy as clams, came up to Pismo for the day for a little vacation. We ordered fresh rolls and red curry to share for lunch. Full disclosure we eat really clean for health reasons so typically cook for ourselves. After we finished our lunch we were both overcome with a spell of fatigue! We had to stop and take a nap in his car near the beach which was highly unusual. Later we both had headaches. My headache is still hanging out the next morning and I have huge bags under my eyes which can only mean one thing… MSG! Do not eat here if you are sensitive to msg. Loved everything about the dining experience except for feeling sick after.

Always delicious with nice size portions and plenty of protein. We’ve enjoyed the pad Thai, pineapple fried rice, pumpkin curry, sautéed veggies with chicken and sticky rice.
