i love coming here! the employees are very sweet, the pastries are delicious, and the building is neat and clean (even the bathroom smelled nice!). i wish i had more reasons to order the fancier cakes! i had bought one for thanksgiving and it was gorgeous and i miss it every day haha. it’s only a 8 minute drive for me, but i have walked an hour just to come here. love it!! After lunch at Dan Zai, I wanted to check this bakery out. A t first we passed by their bakery which bakes for three other locations and then we went to the café which is next-door. Many lovely treats attractively displayed. We sat at a little table and had a coffee and some of the freshly baked Custard cups. In fact, they have a sign with three times that the pastry cups come out of the oven during the day. We brought home a three for the price of two day-old pasties because we’re going to toast them the next day anyway they were delicious.
