I placed an online order at this location for pickup at 8:10. I ended up having an issue with an item on my order and returned to the store (within 10 minutes of close) and Nicole was the most helpful. Despite the time and closeness to closing the store, she helped me sort out the issue with the order and was very polite and patient while doing so! I was just in there and the taller guy with longer hair (red streak in it as well) and an arm tattoo was the person I had the "pleasure" of interacting with. He came out of the back and just stared at me like I was interrupting him instead of acknowledging my existence. Then he said, "what kind of subs do you want?". The prep area was nasty and the tomatoes looked like they had been out all day and neglected. After slapping all my stuff together and ringing me up, he threw my receipt at me when realizing I didn't tip. I said, "y'all have a good day" and he said nothing and just looked at me. If you actually tried be at least 5% helpful, maybe I would have tipped. But that guy was the worst person I've dealt with at a Subway. And that's saying something. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Been here a few times since this subway 21 & Garfield is so much better than the other ones in the local area. Love the staff, very friendly. Actually have a really good time coming here. Heaven was heavenly. This young man was such a great person. I used to work for subway and knowing how hard this job can be he kept a smile on his face and gave me everything that I needed with a smile. He is such a good person.
