Went to get coffee in the morning. 1st time they only had enough coffee for one cup I asked for 2. The 2nd time I walked up there was no one out there. I said hello and a young man comes out from the back. I again asked for coffee this time there was none. That's so sad they have kids working there that don't know how to be on top of it. We grabbed a sandwich to take to our room, and Junior was busy (this boy needs a raise) he can multitask better than me and he is so friendly and pleasant .. Subway, needs to have Junior teach customers service. I’ve never done a review, but I’ve never been this impressed with such a hard working young man!! Check your to go orders before leaving. One of my sandwiches was supposed to be a footlong and I only got a 6in. Needless to say that this is an inconvenience, while the other half of my party is already enjoying their subs, I had to spend my time trying to get it corrected. No apology provided whatsoever. They offered to make the other half. Horrible customer service!!! Like literally costs nothing to express empathy for the mistake and provide an apology! Check your orders.
