Worst place to go. Ordered online. Came to pick up my order. The kid didn’t even start it yet even tho I got the confirmation my order was ready to pick up. They weren’t busy or anything. Just screwing around and ignoring my order that came in. Then on top of that didn’t have enough food to even make my sandwich. Don’t waste your money or time coming here. There is no professional customer service. On top of the the food sandwiches weren’t even done right. I wish the owner actually took pride in owning subway and took care of its customers. the customer service is disgusting the food is never right and the disrespect is ridiculous. The customers are the only reason this guy is open and I’m so surprised this place hasn’t gone out of business already. Having these 2 kids working without a manger there to help them is ridiculous. Number #1 worst please to eat in the city. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Ordered online and came to pick up my order. After getting home it was completley wrong >: I took it back to get it fixed and the boy didn’t believe me when it was even on the receipt. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They send coupons in the mail and then when you try to use a coupon, they rudely say their boss was “in a bad mood and decided he wasn’t allowing certain coupons that day” sandwiches were made like garbage, service was absolutely terrible. If I could give this Subway 0 stars I would. Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Subway, and in fact it’s convinced my wife and I to never eat at the chain in general again. First, they don’t accept coupons they sent to us in the mail living a mile away. Second, my wife asked for “a little mayo”, and the amount put on was obscene with globs just oozing out as the sandwich closed. When we asked if there was anyway a new sandwich be made or a refund be issued we were told by the staff that we should’ve spoken up louder and there wasn’t anything they could do about it. We threw the inedible foot long mayo bread away and left. Terrible terrible experience. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
Wish I could give this zero stars. GERALD DUNCAN the owner of the Hyrum branch is completely unprofessional. I had the worst sandwich I’ve ever had from subway. I calmly called wanting a refund, as I DID NOT want to have my sandwich replaced and he refused. The lady on the phone, Laney was very helpful and respectful and did what she could. Ordered online 12” steak and cheese at 5:55 pm with artisan flatbread at the schedule time for pickup 6:15 arrived at pickup time and no sandwich. They said that they were out of artisan flatbread. Why didn’t they call and tell me that before I arrived. I see on receipt it has our phone number. So We told them what bread we wanted and then the sandwich was made. Wish they would have called. So the online order wasn’t worth the time. It was faster to walk up to counter. Also the two girls weren’t helpful. They we’re to Bizzy laughing about dropping things on the floor.
Walked in at 8:55 door was unlocked worker walked out told us they dont open until 9. Which was fine waited 5 minutes ordered our sandwiches, I wanted a subway club was told there was no roast beef which there was because I seen it in the cold case. We wanted another sandwich cold cut meat was in the back so we had to wait. Vegetables were frozen and lettuce was brown. Didnt have olive's banana peppers or jalapenos. Checking out she asked if we wanted cookies drinks or chips, there was only 2 cookies in the cookie case. Very disappointed, the worker took no pride in her job.
This has been the 5th visit in a row within two months that this location has been out of my different choices of bread, choices of condiments, and choices of vegetables. There should be a better plan to order ahead so NEEDED sandwich items are not gone during the non-busy times. Not only can I not get both me and my husband a sandwich for lunch, I then so have to go home or buy condiments at the store to finish our sandwiches. I am gonna drive another 20 minutes to the next closest Subway. Disappointed in the customer service as well when I asked why they are out the kid responded to me saying oh we were busy today. You shouldn’t be out of olives and mayo.... this is not how you manage a restaurant.
