Dirty tables, dirty floor, black specs in the ice cubes, I had to tell them twice I wanted my bread toasted and they didn't toast it enough. They barely put any meat on my sub and over did the veggies. I'm not sure what happened but this store has recently gone down hill and I would give 0 stars if I could. What a mess. 2-12-24 12pm. Went in today for lunch. The guy with tattoos and blonde hair that seemed to be a manager was treating his other Co-worker horribly with and entire lobby full of customers. The other lady working was very nice and did not seem like she deserved that kind of treatment. It felt very threatening towards her and made the whole lobby of people seem uncomfortable. *Edited on 2/4 @ 5PM. THRILLED to see them under new ownership! We were there tonight and had an incredible experience! The employees were very respectful and made sure we were pleased with our order! Very attentive and friendly staff! My boyfriend and I walked into an empty building. The employee looked up and said that we might as well go elsewhere, they weren't serving us. They walked into the back room and slammed the door! Unbelievable! Very disappointed in the service and management for allowing that to happen! The employees name was Anthony.
