The girl working drive thru had a horrible attitude, slammed the window in our face, we had to ask for the drinks we ordered and our wrap were basically frozen. The worst customer service I've had to deal with. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
There was false advertising of a cookie footlong. The subway had a lot of advertising of it and yet they don't sell it. Then the pizza I ordered was cold.

They can't make a wrap, and I ordered a protein bowl with double meat but didn't get double meat. Don't order online. Make sure you go inside so you can watch them make your food.
This place has some good juicy subways the employees are ok but I want to say that the employee boy named Jaycee(I’m very sorry if I spelled your name wrong) he is wonderful he makes the best sandwiches not to big nor to small and he is the sweetest one here. He is the one that stood out the most he was doing his job and wasn’t complaining I just wanted to say that. Subway and Texas Burger in the same place and have poor customer service. I called and order for 2 foot long subway sandwiches and been told the wait is 30 mins because they are busy. I told the employee that is too long of a wait. I still went ahead and placed my order. When I got there to pick up my order the other sandwich is not available because supposedly they out of meatball. The employees could of called me and let me know the moment they about to make my sandwich that the other meatball sandwich is not available and could of canceled the order and get a different one. I got there and they told me I only have 1 sandwich ready for pick up. That is very poor customer service and lack of common sense. To add to my disappointment the employee or employees there didn’t even apologize for wasting my time. I ordered burgers instead and let it go, I order 2 burgers and 1 kids meal with 3 drinks and again to my disappointment didn’t even offer to give me a cup holder for the drinks. Smh! bad customer service so many time it happened to me at Cameron,TX location and this time I’m letting everyone know be ware of this place they have bad sweet tea that actually unsweet and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered curbside from subway and they didnt put meat on either one of my sandwiches. This store has always been rude and taken a ridiculously long time but now im not even getting my food? Cmon. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Used to frequent Subway at least once a week. That was before they started using that America hating soccer player, Megan Rapino, in the tv ads. So , when I want a good sub, I go the the store, pick up what bread, meats and such I want. Turns out I make a pretty good sub. Bonus is I am not giving money to a company that supports people who disrespect this country and flag.
Pay attention to subway receipts. When I stopped here on my way to work, a customer noticed that I was a veteran and told me they give discounts. One of the employees seemed upset that hw did. When I showed my ID I was given the discount but after leaving and looking at the receipt the discount wasn't actually applied, only the description of a discount was on it. I did the math to confirm. Next day I stopped again and informed them. Got no apology just that they would take off %50 of my sandwich this time. Thinking it was a simple mistake I didn't pay attention because the cashier checked the receipt and said its there this time, it was done again. So pay attention to your receipts.

Tried using online ordering but was not working so I was charged regular price for sandwiches. You should be able to offer discount very 😞 disappointed. Also forgot to mention they have flies and when asked to replace bread they got upset. Not a good place especially with flies landing on food 😝
I work nights and frequently go by in the drive through to grab a sandwich. Not after today. I was told the drive through was only for Texas Burger and handicapped customers. Well no offense but that's bull and if you have two businesses in one building with one drive through that's a company issue, not a paying customer issue. Then I was told I could call in an order and still go through the drive through to pick it up. So what exactly is the difference. To me there isn't one. I will no longer be a customer at this restaurant. And I will be calling corporate about the issue. If I could give 0 stars I would.
