The staff that worked the afternoon I visited were welcoming. The produce and bread doesn't taste as fresh as I'd like and veggies almost look dried out a bit or as if it has been sitting out longer than a day. Quality could be improved, but for a quick sandwich, it did its job.

Great restaurant chain. Employees here need better wages / tips . It's sad it's overlooked just because it's a sandwich shop but you complain about a sandwich being $9 when clearly you can make a sandwich yourself at home that doesn't mean that you have to leave less tips in a jar just because a price was one thing a while ago you clearly pay $9 more than $9 for a combo meal somewhere else. I went there today and I ordered a meatball sandwich - which was heated for me upon request. I also ask for provolone cheese, red onion, bell pepper, and lettuce. They did great!
