We were assisted by a young man named Josh. He was super helpful and gave the best service I have gotten at any Subway in a long time. I always request a specific (small) amount of mayo and he was spot on. He was also friendly and engaged all members of my family while making their sandwiches. I frequent this store weekly and am always delighted by the customer service and quality of care from employees. They are consistently friendly and respectful. Today in particular, Landon provided exceptional service! He chatted and joked with me the entire time and made sure my food was made just how I wanted it. I was there on Saturday and while I was there a Mexican family was there very rude father. When they got up to leave the man and a younger girl were yelling at the 3 employees that were there. The young girl kept saying they needed to learn English. Well I will say the employees handled it very respectful even tho they were very rude to them. Kudos to Subway for great employees . And shame on a parent for allowing a child to disrespect an adult like that even tho she had to repeat when the man said!
