I wanted to share my incredible experience in this location. I live far from there but on a trip we pass by and it was amazing. Love the staff, very clean, and friendly 🫶🏼highly recommended it! Keep it up with the great work :))

In the past, I would always drop by my local Steak 'n Shake for a bite. Unfortunately, over time, the service and cleanliness made me swear never again. Tried the location in Cartersville after a job and was quite surprised. I like the layout of this store, the same as the Rome location. It feels more personal. The manager basically took my order at the register and then delivered my food. Also, she followed up on a drink refill during the course of my visit. I did not have to sit and wait at a table to order. Not knowing where my server was like my local location. I have visited this location every time that I am in the area and will continue doing so. I love it here! Food is great and always smiling and extra helpful employees!! Good deals if you don't want to spend a lot, try the 4×4×4 it's great and only 4 bux! I still enjoy Steak 'n Shake as a diner experience, and the food is still really good, if you're ready and wanting burgers and fries and onion rings and such, and I was pleased to find that this locations air conditioning was not set to arctic while I was there. The prices are good for the quality of food and the quantity, but I really miss table service. I don't know if it has changed an all locations or just at this one, but at this location you have to go up and order at the counter and then they bring the food to the table for you. Then you bus the table yourself to the provided trash cans before leaving. All in all, the staff was really helpful and pleasant, and for the level of service that's now offered, the service was great. Everything came out tasting good and was as ordered.
