I ordered a grande peppermint hot chocolate. After the whipped cream, this is 2/3 full and barely warm. Especially for a $5 drink, I expect it to be full. And hot. Third time this has happened at this location in the past few months. Of course I only discover this after leaving the drive-thru. Photo is of an untouched drink. The audacity to ask for a tip in this situation is mind-blowing. (The gentleman at the drive through was very friendly, but that doesn't make up for the lack of drink.)
