My first experience with them is, I ordered my drink and waited for it. Everybody who came after me was already gone. I still see no cup for my drink so I asked the barista if she has a drink with my name and she said no. She didn't bother to do more than that because she was busy but I found that rude. So I'm out of a drink then? Another girl asks the rest of the workers if anybody took my order and my cashier says yes. So she makes my drink. Imagine I had waited longer and she wasn't there, imagine she had forgot. I guess I'll take a receipt next time. This is the first Starbucks where this interaction went terribly. Pourly made drink + attitude when asked to have it remade If I'm paying $10 for an iced latte I'll have it made how I want **Espresso shots were poured straight into the empty plastic cup instead of glass Only Starbucks at the Borgata so they get away with it Service: 1
