This Starbucks in Ripon off main street exit is my least favorite Starbucks. They are really slow sometimes and they are to busy talking to each other. The parking situation is terrible. This is a terrible location to stop at in the morning. The manager, Jesse, should not be in management. She does not know what good customer service is and acts as if she pays for the ingredients herself. I ordered a drink with no ice and got a venti cup less than half way full. I asked for more oatmilk and was told that's how much the cup should be filled without ice and if I wanted it full I should order another drink or add the ice. The staff is usually much better when she is not around.
