Told malissa about the last two visits to her store how nate is not reading the cups and making my order correct. She listened to me and did a great job on my order this mourning.I order from this Starbucks everytime I come up from SanDiego.But She still charged me for my drink,not great customer service. 11.00 for two bad drinks so let's charge the customer for his third drink now at 16.00 because I had to complain about the other two.Not to happy about ,let's make the customer want to come back.One star on that. Nice atmosphere, stressed people during the holidays. Really love Matt and Mathew, always putting smiles on customers faces. They have such a great hard working team!
