Holy cow, I have never had a bad experience at this Dillon's Starbucks. Hopefully, this is just a one-off occurrence. I ordered a vanilla cold brew. I was the only customer and there were two employees behind the counter. 11 minutes later I got my drink. About nine minutes in, I asked the ladies if I could get my drink as I had to get back to work. The employee told me that I needed to be patient because she had to make the cream and was training. This excuse didn't really work for me as she would occasionally mix the cream, stop, then talk to her co-worker who kept interrupting her to ask about store costs. I feel pretty confident it's possible to mix cream and talk to an employee at the same time, while turning out a coffee in less than 11 minutes. Also, don't tell me to be patient. Maybe... I don't know...apologize? She slid my finished coffee across the counter and promptly walked away without saying a word. Maybe a rude, unprofessional employee shouldn't be responsible for training? I'm talking to you chick with the short hair and dirty black sweatshirt.
Espresso machine wasn’t working and so I ordered an iced coffee and they informed me they were out of vanilla for the drink I ordered. They need to make a menu of what they can make when they are limited instead of expecting you to know what they can make and then getting frustrated that you don’t know what to order.
Everything was delectable except for the price which if not structurally sound enough the roof would have a hole straight through it. Enough zeros anyone its coffee for God's sake.
I'm not old only 14 years of age.
Y'all need to give Crimson a raise. She remembers everyone's drinks. By name. Even first timers. I came in once and a week later she remembered what I wanted.
