2 pm On Sunday, 2/18, my wife and I went to this Starbucks and ordered 10 latte and coffees to take out. The problem was that this Starbucks did provide half carriers (picture)which could accommodate only two cups. This is very dangerous because it could easily fall down. We asked one staff member and a manager to provide the complete carrier but they apparently looked tired and so angry. We were perplexed, because there was no way for us to carry out 10 hot cups by hands. We never received such horrible and blunt service from staff member and manager. No concept on Customer service. Since the renovation - 1) seating area got smaller, 2) seems like the layout is more efficient, BUT 3) wait time for your drink really hasn't changed much. Honestly, I avoid this place on the weekend, as waiting for your drink can be 30+ minutes, even if you do mobile order and go there on the time it says, you end up waiting 20+ more minutes sometimes. The staff are friendly and nice, but they really need to do better job with the turnaround with making the drinks... maybe add another two expresso machines :) Service Take out Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
