Rude customer, especially the girl employee. Had an attitude. Bad services. I would not recommend coming here. They pick and choose who they want to serve.

I just had the worst customer service given by the employees there today at the drive through. First of all, their screen is broken. We had ordered our drinks but we didn’t get it because they “didn’t hear it.” They did not repeat their orders so we already thought they heard us by the time we got to the window. They made us go inside and then they gave us attitude and made us paid for THEIR mistakes. Go here if you like the attitude. This is why I boycott starbucks. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just came back from the drive through and was so kind about it with the worker about a missing drink, but this other worker came and told me to come BACK AND PAY for the mistake that THEY made. PLS don’t choose this Starbucks, bc they don’t repeat their orders and their screen was broken. Only choose this Starbucks if you love additude. Not a good experience, we went to the drive through to get our mobile order and she said we would need to come in and wait for it even though we were the only ones and it was not busy. Then when I got our drinks just from the look of them I knew it was going to be good the whipped cream was not whipped at all and just a sludge on top and the drinks were way below the fill line. The taste of both drinks were bad, not enough flavoring, watery, just bad especially when paying $6 for a beverage! The food was not warmed all the way so cold in the middle so even though we were told to come in so they could work on the order they still rushed it seems like and did a really poor job. Very disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place sucks. I pulled up and said my mobile. It took 5 min to think and said what’s the order ? We said my name. They literally don’t know how to do their job. Also they don’t accept cash because their machine is broken. That’s been forever like that. Disappointed honestly it’s better to find a different place

I'm getting tired of ordering the iced shaken espresso and getting it not shaken at all. Black espresso on the bottom and white milk on the top. Batista with the braids is the only one who doesn't shake it. It's literally in the drink name. It never looks good to drink this way. Please review how to make the drink. I needed a traveler box of coffee, I called ahead, and the flat out told me no, they won't do it. Even if you're short staffed, you brew coffee, you pour it into the box, and you give cups, sugar, and cream. I'll pass them by every time to go to Fridley location. You have to leave a star to leave a comment. It would be negative ⁵ stars. my wife bought two frappuccinos with two extra, they tasted like milk so she called and said that we were bringing them back because they were supposed to have extra shots of espresso . The label on the cup didn't say extra shots, but we were charged the guy at the counter swore that he put them in there. I told them to give me my money back and I will go to McDonald's. It's pretty bad when McDonald's makes a better coffee than this Starbucks.

Dont expect a greeting , not a Hello in sight with most of the drive thru employees. This location is always short staffed. Not their fault! I get it. The lobby closes whenever short staffed. If your in a hurry, go to a different location. The lines are very long in drive thru and their card reader has been down for over a month, probably longer. It's not a quick coffee stop. The drinks are made so fast , they sometimes mess em up. I ordered a grande' shaken espresso in a venti cup with Almond milk, light ice and the amount given was way less than than my daughters size small. They never taste the same either. Burnt lingering taste. You'd think they'd follow a recipe. Idk! I Called and was told to come back at my convenience for a remake. The lady was nice so i appreciate that. The young man at the register was great and helpful. Clean spot and lively. Thanks for the much needed coffee after handling MN roadways.... sheesh.... plus the staff made my day with super awesome energy! Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
