This Starbucks needs to reconsider their policy of making you come inside to purchase ground coffee or at least allow their employees to make decisions against this policy, when appropriate. I was in the drive thru with no cars ahead of or behind me… asking only for a pound of ground coffee. The lady said I needed to come inside. I can somewhat see the sense of this if they were busy. They were empty. I have a disability so coming inside wasn’t an option. Instead, I left the empty drive thru, spent my money elsewhere, and will not return to this location. Service: 1
