Arrived at the store at 8:45, I was told by the woman behind the counter that they did not open for at least another 30 minutes. 8:45 AM ? Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
This Starbucks closes early they post their hours as 6a-7p. I arrived at 6:35pm and the barista keep telling me that they are closed and refused service. Please get a competent employee. Thank you Service Take out Meal type Other Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Love my local Starbucks!! ❤️ ☕ The drinks are consistently good and the service is friendly. Even when we've had a mess-up to our order, they always handle it. This just happened recently - two back to back mess-ups in one day actually 🙈 - due to staffing issues / overworked employees. The shift supervisor (Emily) was very kind and apologized and remedied the issue to my satisfaction. Top notch customer service!!! People are humans, not robots. Mistakes happen. But how they are handled is what counts! ❤️ Starbucks wins with their customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are lacking this in so many establishments these days. I'm so grateful that Starbucks continues to set the standard for customer service.🙌
So I go through the drive thru for one reason I am young and healthy and do not need a mask unless I am sick that being said they forgot my kids hot chocolate I covered my face ran inside since there was a 9 car line that I also had just waited in the first time. She then proceeds to tell me she can’t help me unless I put on a mask I then proceed to leave out the door wait in line the drive thru which she than proceeds to still harass me. Completely unworthy of my business ever again.
My husband went to this location and waited for someone to come and help him 10 minutes. Finally asked someone for help and the people were like we will be there just a minute they acted like their break was more important. They also have been out of tons of products! One day I went they were out of caramel. Another day they were out of sleeves, stoppers, again caramel and today it was vanilla they were out of! I have had poor customer service there before but today was a topper for me. We shouldn’t have to wait 10-15 minutes to get help!!!
Love this location! Ppl are friendly, always get my order right, and if you go often will remember your name and other stuff about you. Plenty of seating inside too. And drive thru is easy to maneuver, even for big rigs.
Spectacular! On my first two visits I found the staff to be outgoing, friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was great (even in the restroom), and they had excellent handicapped access. On one visit ihad a drink that had been poorly made (across the street) and they were happy to make it the right way for me. Way to go folks!
Really clean inside and the cashier was helpful when I said I wanted to try something new. It wasnt super busy so we got our drinks in a timely manner. The only downside was it was pretty loud inside from music. We ended up going outside where it was quieter.
I’m still waiting for a simple Grande Black. They told me it would be about four minutes and I understand the process! I do! Yet, now, there is a line of 10-11 people waiting, and I’m still waiting to be called for a simple black coffee. Only high scores because I enjoy their product and it’s close to work. Nice people. HORRIBLE wait time. Update - one of their baristas just rolled her eyes at me because I asked for my coffee. Time is now 1039am. No one told me to pick up a coffee at the cash register - she said pick it up at the end of the counter with my second drink. Leslie not only rolled her eyes at me and gave me a bad attitude, but I left with this cup in this condition. Customer service unacceptable. Thanks for attempting to “make the next one on you” with a cad, but because of her attitude and the state of this coffee, I will rarely walk in any more. Unacceptable.

I love coffee or tea and drink a lot of it. I have been to Starbucks all over. I have been into this particular Starbucks two or three times and the service has been excellent. They have helped me pick out a drink. Make sure I was satisfied with my drink purchase. I wanted to mix is up so they suggested other ways I could change my favorite drink. They are by far the nicest staff at a Starbucks. Keep up the great work!!
