The WORST Starbucks in the DMV. Waited for 7mins before my order was even taken in the drive thru. This has happen on more then 1 occasion. Only to then get the wrong drink once finally getting to the window after another 10mins wait. They always run out of Tea and Mocha along with other standard items. 🙄 Just Ridiculous. beautifully renovated modern space, lots of light and seats. the staff seemed overwhelmed though and took a full 5 mins to even acknowledge me far less take my order, which they messed up. given they were busy, just acknowledging me would’ve sufficed. will probably try another time to see if it’s consistent or a one of. Terrible customer service. Me and a second car were sitting at the drive through for about 5 minutes straight. Speaking to the speaker and never got a response. We pull up to the window and they acted like we appeared out of thin air. Then she said I have to pull back around to the drive through if I wanna place an order. Service: 1

Terrible customer service. Every time I come here they never have the gift card holders for the gift card. I just went in there Saturday January 19th at 6:35pm. It’s only one worker and she seemed like she’s ready to go and didn’t even seem to even ask can she help me. I had o say to her, “do you’ll have any gift card holders and she quickly replied NO shaking her head. Didn’t even ask me if I need anything else. I won’t be coming here anymore. I'm actually shocked that I just ordered a $6 drink in the drive thru and was refused a stopper for the top. I am told the manager said they aren't permitted to give out a stopper to cars in the drive thru and stoppers are only for delivery drivers. So you can take $6 from me for coffee but you draw the line at the green plastic stick to help me not spill my coffee?? Never will I go to this Starbucks again. I have never heard that before.
