Megan was very very rude. I came to redeem my birthday gift and it was my first time doing that , so I was asking how it worked and she was just so rude replying all my questions. Nasty. People, start looking for better options. This place it’s worse every time. They just don’t pay attention. I order a pumpkin spice frappe decaf. They gave me a caffeinated frappe supper strong with no flavor at all. It was just blended caffeinated coffee with milk for $6😡 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

For the price they charge for everything....horrible. the store was dirty as well as the employees. The lady that waited on me made me feel like she did me a favor in talking to me. They are not the only Starbucks. I will never be back. Shame on you district manager or owner for letting the store look worse than a fasti foog buger place. The girl at the register was super rude and also over charged me and charged me for sugar on top of that, never knew u had to pay for sugar in ur coffee.
