Apparently you cannot get a traveller (box of joe) at the drive through... Waited 20 mins in line and had to wait another 15 min to get through the rest of the line, only to be late for work since I had to go to Dunkin instead. Disappointed. Never have I ever had any problems with Starbucks till today. I got my drinks and sat in my car, I went to take a sip and only to find that they didn’t put my lid on spilling it all over my new lululemon staining everywhere. Service: 1

I literally never write reviews, but this Starbucks legitimately gets my order wrong every single time. It is actually astonishing how they not only remain in business but as busy as they always are. Honestly at this point I have nobody to blame but myself. I always hope I get at least one competent person to make my coffee. How hard is it to get a brown sugar shaken espresso correct? If you want to be soooo annoyed for the entire duration of your commute, for sure stop at this Starbucks.
