We were there to join other friends for an afterparty from a gaming event so we pretty much came in staggered and took mostly the main area. The servers were really attentive, prompt, and friendly. Even when my part of the group only wanted drinks and no food, we did not feel like they paid less attention to us. As we went to a buffet prior to arriving, we did not have enough room for food but wish we tried the chicken! Would definitely recommend to my peers and come back whenever we visit Vegas again!

My favorite Korean restaurant in Las Vegas, among my top 10 restaurants in all of Las Vegas. Period.
Food is outstanding, full of flavor and expertly prepared. My go-to is Fire Chicken. The flavor in the Kimchi pancake still blows my mind. Textures, flavor, presentation, Soyo has it all.
If you want hot tea, they serve that too (barley tea when I was there).
Chicken wings are also delicious. This is their second location in Vegas and it's about dang time.

Soyo Korean Restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way! The ambiance is inviting, and the staff is exceptionally friendly, providing top-notch service. The menu boasts a delightful array of authentic Korean dishes, each bursting with flavor. The presentation of the food is impeccable, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in creating a genuine taste of Korean cuisine. Whether you're a seasoned fan of Korean food or a newcomer, Soyo is a fantastic choice for a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!

While I was here the air con was broken so it was very hot inside. However, the food and service was really good. The spicy cold noodles and potato pancake was great. I'm definitely coming back before I go back home but I'm also adding it to my list of places to go to when I'm in town.

A legit Korean restaurant. the Bibimbap was great, sweet and spicy. The beef brisket was a bit of dry but not so bad. K pop music was on. The overall experience was what I’d expected. It’d be ideal if the price were a bit lower. A friendly reminder: the serving size was huge, go easy with it.

I like the vibe at this Soyo more than the original one. I have to admit, it was not a good first impression, as we were not greeted at all upon walking in. There was no host stand or anything like that as far as I could see. But we were meeting up with a couple friends and they had already been seated so we just went over to our table. They have a combination of open tables and booths that are more closed off/private. The look and feel of this barstaurant is really clean and modern. I like it.
On to the food: the wife got galbitang and I got the street food sampler which came with tteokboki, gimbap, and dumplings. Pretty good deal for $28 all that, I must say. Our friends got bossam and kalbi ribs and i unfortunately didn't get to try their dishes because I was already super full after stuffing my face with the street food. I really liked the food here and the service was also outstanding once we were seated.
They also have a Photo Booth which was really cute with different themes, complete with props, and best of all, accepts credit cards. Take advantage of that!
Still sitting at the table while writing this, but I wanted to write a review before I forget. If you’re looking for legit Korean food, come here! This place is so good, with very friendly servers and a nice ambience.
We tried the bi bim bowls with squid and with bulgogi, the pork tofu soup, and the sweet and spicy pork. All very good, with large portions.
Possibly found my new favorite, non-AYCE korean spot. I am convinced that any dish you try will be delicious. From the tteokbokki, bulgogi gimbap, pork cutlet, all were fantastic.

The restaurant so nice they had to do it twice! Building off the success of the first SOYO, the new location continues the tradition of excellence. It wss so good we went there 2 nights in a row and each time the food blew my balls off. Not 1 ball each night, no no no that wouldn't be worth writing about. They blew my balls off with the short rib stew the first night, then I grew my balls back and returned only to have them blown off a second consecutive night with their kimchi stew. The only reason I couldn't go a 3rd consecutive night wss because stem cells are expensive and balls can only regrow so many times a week. If you're in Vegas and you want korean food, don't go anywhere else. They have an expansive menu from stews to things off the grill with a great staff and friendly atmosphere
